1. Sale and Purchase of Goods

Raag Sutra ("Seller"), agrees to sell, and You ("Buyer") agree to purchase, goods described on the checkout page ("Checkout") in the quantities specified, in accordance with the terms outlined in this agreement.

2. Purchase Price

The Buyer agrees to pay the Purchase Price of the goods as displayed on this website. The Purchase Price includes any applicable taxes and duties, unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment Terms

The full Purchase Price must be paid by the Buyer as per the payment details provided at Checkout. In case of any default, the Seller reserves the right to seek legal remedies, including the recovery of collection costs, legal fees, and other related expenses.

4. Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery will be carried out in line with Raag Sutra’s shipping policy at the time of shipment. Delivery dates are estimates, and while the Seller will make every effort to meet them, it is not liable for any delays. Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be packaged according to Raag Sutra’s standard practices.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty / Limitation of Liability

Raag Sutra makes no warranties regarding the quality or suitability of the goods for any particular purpose, except as expressly stated in this agreement. All other warranties, whether express or implied, are disclaimed.

6. Colour Disclaimer

Due to variations in monitor display technologies and the nature of fabrics, there may be slight differences between the colours shown on your screen and the actual product. This can also be affected by factors such as lighting during photography. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of colours but cannot guarantee exact matches.

7. Price Disclaimer

While we strive to ensure accuracy in product descriptions and pricing, Raag Sutra reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders if a product is found to be incorrectly priced.

8. Force Majeure

Raag Sutra will not be held liable for any delays or failure to deliver goods due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental actions, strikes, shortages of materials, or other unforeseen events. Raag Sutra will make reasonable efforts to overcome such difficulties but cannot guarantee delivery timelines under these circumstances.

9. General

The Buyer may not assign this agreement without the written consent of Raag Sutra. This agreement is the governing document in the case of any conflict between it and other agreements relating to the goods. Any changes to this agreement must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. If any part of this agreement is deemed illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. This agreement is governed by the laws of Delhi, India and the courts in Surat, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over them.
