What is Raag Sutra's exchange policy?
- As per company policy, we do not provide refunds or returns once a product is sold. Exchanges are allowed for size replacements only, under the specified terms and conditions.
- In case the required size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit.
- To request an exchange for eligible products (non-sale items), email us at raagsutra@gmail.com within 2 working days (48 hours) of delivery.
- You are responsible for sending the product back to us for exchange. Please obtain an acknowledgment receipt from the courier service. Raag Sutra will not be held accountable for lost shipments.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer. We recommend using a traceable shipping method.

Size Exchange Policy:
- Size exchanges must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging, labels, and tags intact.
- Please include your name, address, contact number, email, order ID, and the size you need in the returned parcel.
- Exchanges are allowed once per order.
- Store credit will be issued for the price of the exchanged product, minus shipping and COD charges, with a validity of 30 days.
- The customer bears the cost of return shipping.

Is COD payment mode available?
- No we do not accept Cash on Delivery

How will I receive credit if the desired exchange size is unavailable?
- The credit will be added to your Raag Sutra wallet, which you can use within 30 days. Please note that the credit must be used in one transaction.

Can I exchange part of my order?
- Yes, you can request a size exchange for eligible items within 48 hours of delivery. Note that some items are not returnable or exchangeable.

What if my garment does not fit?
- If your product does not fit, request a size exchange within 48 hours of receiving the item. If the size is unavailable, we will issue store credit.

Why was my exchange not accepted?
- We aim to ensure all transactions are smooth. However, exchanges will not be accepted if:
- The product material or color does not meet your expectations. Please read the product description and review all images before purchasing.
- The product is washed or worn.
- The item was purchased from the sale section or bought with a coupon, in which case no return or exchange is possible.
- There are minor color variations due to screen resolution or camera lighting. A 10-12% color difference is normal.
- We aim to ensure all transactions are smooth. However, exchanges will not be accepted if:
DAMAGED PRODUCT POLICY
- Receiving a Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at raagsutra@gmail.com with a photo and description of the damage.

Return Process: If approved, we will either arrange a pick-up or ask you to return the product to us at the following address:

- Condition for Returns: Ensure that the product is in the same condition as received, with original packaging, labels, and tags intact. The product should not be washed or worn.
- Shipping Charges for Damaged Products: If you are asked to return the damaged product, the shipping charges will be reimbursed upon inspection and approval of the exchange request.
- Exchange Timeline: Once approved, a replacement product will be sent within 7-14 working days.
