- Shipping Availability: We offer shipping across India to various locations. To check if we deliver to your area, please submit your pin code in the designated section below the product/s.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders within India.
- Order Eligibility: A minimum of one product is required to place an order. Please note that a maximum of 10 units of the same product can be purchased per order.
- Inclusive of Taxes: All product prices (MRP) are inclusive of applicable taxes, as per government regulations, which may change from time to time.
- Gift Wrapping: We offer gift wrapping services at ₹50 per product, which will be added during the checkout process.
- Shipping Address Modification: You can modify your shipping address within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, changes to the address will not be permitted once the order is packed.
- Delayed Orders: If your order does not reach you within the specified time frame, please contact us at raagsutra@gmail.com with your registered email ID and order number.

What if I need to exchange a product due to size issues?
- If you need to exchange a product due to size, you will be responsible for sending the product back to us. Any shipping charges incurred for returning the product will be borne by you and will not be reimbursed by Raag Sutra. For size exchanges, please email us at raagsutra@gmail.com with your Order ID.
